What is self-care for you?
Some of my preferred go to’s for self-care are:
1. Front porch sitting, alone in the quiet, maybe with a good book.
2. Taking a stroll in a pretty natural setting or a book shop.
3. Journaling my thoughts and talking with good friends who understand the give and take of balanced conversation, people who are open, kind, not easily jealous or offended.
4. The smell of coffee and Italian food
5. Thrifting, but not too much;)
Homeopathy also fills my self-care bucket. I can,
1. talk my heart out, sometimes literally
2. Find solutions I didn’t see or expect
3. Get objective but no pressure feedback
4. Discuss and set realistic goals
5. Take a natural approach remedy that aims at my unique and overall symptom expression, without toxic fillers, additives, or over-medication concerns.
6. Go deeper than many therapeutic methods
