Health modalities should not be forced, manipulated, or cajoled,
We are not meant to have only one, money making, slowly destroying modality of health to choose from. We are meant for more. Not all modalities will be suited to you. Some may do great with diet and exercise, some will do fine with rest and low stress activities. Other hard working high stress people, may benefit from a good massage, and walking, or breathing.
My favorites are massage, meditation, and homeopathy.
I cannot always control all the foods available to me, I cannot afford supplements that cost ad infinitum, also I believe food sources as medicine makes more sense. Replacements tend to imbalance you in the end and do what the body should be doing for itself.
As soon as you give high dosed supplements, you tell the body it doesn’t need to provide xyz.. The intelligent body after a while adjusts and stops making key things for you. Too much vitamin d may end up lowering your levels of this in the long run. Too much hormone replacement will disrupt the body’s sense of providing necessary hormones, Ect..
Jolting the body with shocks, may simply shock the body and delay its healing, if provide relief in the short term.
What is gentle, safe and effective may be of more value. Homeopathy is medicine for our bodies today. It doesn’t jolt, overwhelm, or shock. It simply moves your body towards its own natural wisdom of healing itself. It is miraculous in this way. And it is completely safe, gentle and effective at moving the most stubborn conditions. Occasionally it works automatically. Other times it takes time. It really depends on how deep you want to go and how much is blocking the way.
