Winter snow advisory, stress, sickness, colds, does it ever end? One word-
Homeopathy!
We got this, I am here with you and homeopathy, nature’s remedies, supporting life in all its stages, baby to old age, together through the rough winter season.
January is great for clearing old, dried, dusty junk, the stuff that hinders fresh green growth.
For inspiration here are a few of my favorite winter-time routines to clear some of those mental cobwebs:
-clean a small space and throw away unused or old bottles of soaps, lotions or pantry items.
-Reorganize under sinks
-freshen up the linen closet, removing unused or old things
-wash a few windows
-potentially move your office to a better position for you
-dust and let go of books and games
-form a simpler wardrobe plan
-take that much needed vacation if you're plan allows
-add a homeopathic medicine zone, with a Helios First Aid Kit, A Pregnancy and Birth Kit, or a 36 Remedy Kit. These have great little booklets to start to learn how to use them for you and yours in a pinch.
